Car Adapter?

They are called power INVERTER. You add all the WATT rating the devices you want to run together then get a inverter greater than that. So if your LCD monitor is 70 watts and the Xbox is 90 watt, then you need something at LEAST 160 watt rated (90 + 70 = 160 watt).

But normal cigarette lighter can only go about 10 amp to 15 amp (120 watt to 180 watt). Any more you would have to wire the inverter directly to the battery.

Radio Shack and Sears has wide selection of inverters. I got a Black and Decker inverter (400 watt) it served me well so far.
