I would first test the horn across a 12V car battery to verify the functionality of the horn. If it blows, obviously the bench supply does not have the power needed to blow the horn. Hope this helps. A wrought iron key holder was actually the last thing I noticed walking into the house. It was prominently hanging on the wall slightly above my forehead, but I never saw it there.
The dilemma of the key holder, with its bold, yet tasteful prominence just inside our entryway, began with my bad habit of putting my keys on the small shelf as I entered. Since I always carried in the mail after a workday, the mail was set there with my keys.Car keys, house keys, keys for locks to my tools, garage and shed could always be found on that small shelf.
Until early one morning, while leaving for work with my family still asleep, I discovered a heightened emotion of terror as my keys were missing. Oh, by the way, at this point I had no knowledge that a wrought iron key holder even existed. I had the bad habit of never looking up when I came in the door.
You can imagine the panicked frenzy of a perfectly rational human being. A person who always knew where to find everything in the house, including his own keys, suddenly never existed. The disoriented feelings of loss, panic, wonderment and anger can affect any normal person in an irrational way.The thought of the existence of a wrought iron key holder never occurred to this person. I doubt if he even knew what one looked like. Yes, we are talking about me.
Thoughts raced through my head slowly because there were only a few of them. One of them was to blame it on the dog. It is a small dog, but that did not stop it from chewing up my cell phone last year.
By this time there must have been some strange noises coming from me because everyone in the house was awake and running toward a terror stricken sound coming from the kitchen.My wife and children were all happy to see I was alive and not being attacked or choked.
Telling my wife about the loss of my keys, I was rigidly informed of their proximity, hanging right above my head on the wrought iron key holder, right where she had put them.
Apparently, the key holder had been there for two weeks. I never saw it there. Today, one of my bad habits is history, but the mail still gets placed on the small shelf.

They do of course have varying degrees of cost, from fairly modest such as the car emblem route, to hugely expensive where cars are transformed from their meek original to sleek powerful machines which can be shown off and/or used for racing.
In this article we're talking mainly about the use of emblems and badges to customise your car; it's relatively cheap, can look great (although if done badly it can have the opposite effect) and is a whole lot of fun as well.

Where is the transmitter for most cars' keyless entry systems located in the car?
The lock control is generally placed under the dashboard.
Using the keypad put your head under the dash and press the lock or unlock. Most systems generate a sound and you may be able to track its location that way.
Also make sure the battery in the pad is not worn out. You will need to open the controller and get replacement battery, general 3-5 dollars and are sold at walmart,target, radioshack, automotive stores, etc.
Also I'm assuming you meant receiver, because the keypad is your transmitter.

The year 2009 has had many highs and lows, but it seems that the wonderful world of muscle cars has nothing but positive things going for it. "New" Muscle:
